Use this as a guideline, but you can use it as you see fit.

  • Shake bottle before use.
  • Start with ~14 drops under the tongue once a day every 3-4 days. Or use as needed.
  • Hold drops under your tongue for 5 minutes. If you don’t like the taste. Put drops in a cup of water, then drink it.
  • Best taken between meals.

Cycling: If you’re going to take it for a longer term, use it for 2-3 months, then take 2-3 weeks off.
